Petia Tzanova

Engagement & Facilitation Specialist

Petia is a strategic consultant, facilitator and coach with over 15 years of experience working in arts & culture, the non-profit and social enterprise sectors. 

She specialises in leadership development and facilitating powerful and inclusive learning experiences that transform people and organisations. She has worked on developing 100’s of change-makers, leaders and entrepreneurs at all stages of their careers. 


Petia has designed and facilitated programmes for Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation, 64 Million Artists, School of Social Entrepreneurs, What Next?, Acumen UK, Clore Leadership, Hong Kong University, University of Warwick, and Cardboard Citizens.  

She has held a number of Trustee and Mentorship positions in the arts and is a Clore Emerging Leader. Petia holds a BA (Hons) and MA, both from the University of Warwick.
