Facilitation

How might we... help you bring people together to collaborate, dream, and plan?

Team working together at a workshop

What We Do

We design and facilitate workshops and events that respond to the priorities and motivations of the people who are there. We work with you to understand these needs and tailor our playful and purposeful methods to make sure you get what you need in the time you have. We are practiced in using a range of online tools - and offline activities - to get the best out of every session.

We understand that when people come together, their starting points may be very different. Our approach enables people to air their assumptions, identify shared priorities, and draw on the diverse expertise present in every team.

"Whether live in the same room or in a shared digital space, our consortium workshops with Hannah and Ceri leave us energised and ambitious for the future of our project. They help us to consider the data we are collecting, deepening our understanding in order to better articulate our impact & to prioritise future strategic developments."

Bradley Hemmings, Artistic Director - Festival.org

We are trained coaches, experienced facilitating everything from strategy meetings of 3 people to consultation events, away-days, retreats and conferences with hundreds of attendees.

“Hannah & Ceri were simply extraordinary! I have truly benefited from watching them work. As a result of the high quality facilitation, I have improved my own use of time in meetings / CPD sessions and have maximised the input from all delegates / attendees”
